The key to a successful placement is having a precise job specification. We will spend time to meet, discuss and also consult decision makers to map the requirements such as product knowledge, region exposure, management skills and personality traits for the position to aid us to hunt for the right candidates.
Armed with a detail specification, we will conduct a throughout research to identify potential candidates. This includes mapping organizations which potential candidates may likely be found and use of our own network of information sources where suitable contacts will also be explored. Resulting in the identification and development of a shortlist of potential candidates.
Once we qualified, identifying and prioritizing prospects, we will proceed to approach candidates and conduct in-depth interviews. Evaluating and assessing candidates' mindset, working style, specific expertise and personality, as well as referring to his/her work history, educational background and other relevance which may be compatible with the position.
We will present a refined candidate shortlist and offering consultation regarding the candidates, followed by client-candidate interviews. This communication process between Euro Search, the Client and Candidates will continue until an employment offer is structured and accepted.
Euro Search will assist with compensation negotiations. As a third party, we could act as an intermediary and/or report factors that may influence the candidate's acceptance to help structure the offer.
Euro Search makes every effort to verify that candidates' representations of their backgrounds and qualifications are accurate. Once an offer has been accepted by a candidate, Euro Search will undertake a reference check to verify the facts submitted by the candidate.
Integration and Guarantee
Once a candidate has accepted a position, we will help to integrate the executive with the Client and will remain in close communication with both parties during the beginning of the placement, as we often find a period of adjustment is necessary and helpful to both the client and the executive. Should a newly retained executive resign within six months of being hired, Euro Search will conduct a replacement search.
All proprietary information concerning the Client: its organization, products, services, and business plans will be treated with the strict confidentiality.
